We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using the carrier's website or by contacting us at support@guardiantranslator.com.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@guardiantranslator.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We want you to love your Guardian Translator. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@guardiantranslator.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Please do not ship items back without first obtaining an RMA number — unreturned items will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@guardiantranslator.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
If your Guardian Translator was purchased through Amazon, please initiate your return through Amazon's standard return process. Amazon's policies will apply for orders placed on their platform.
