How does bulk pricing actually work?

How are devices managed across a team?
There is nothing to manage centrally, which is usually the point. Each unit is self-contained: no user accounts, no seat licences, no enrolment step. Whoever is issued a device sets its PIN. You can assign units to individuals, keep a pool at a front desk, or move them between shifts without touching an admin console.
Do you provide training or onboarding?
Orders of 11 units and above include an onboarding session for the people who will be carrying the devices. In practice most teams need very little of it: power on, choose two languages, speak. The session tends to be more about handover, charging and PIN policy than about the device itself.
What warranty applies to a fleet order?
Every unit in the order carries the standard 1-year warranty, which can be extended. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers the whole order, so if the devices do not work the way your team needs, you are not left holding a fleet of them.
What is the lead time on a large order?
